I’ve always been passionate about Chinese cooking and it’s food ever since growing up around Chinese kitchen environments from an early age.
The more I look into understanding it’s complexities the more I’m amazed by how little I know about it, it’s truly a vast and deep culinary study.

I’m sick of the negative stigma that Chinese food has in western society and that is why I’m excited to announce my latest project “Da Lin” a pop up restaurant concept that showcases modern Chinese cooking and hopefully educate the diners on the complexities and understanding of Chinese cuisine.
